At Agrione Magic Mewa, we maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards for all dry fruits, makhana, almonds, nuts, seeds, and wellness food products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited and governed by the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is physically damaged during transit, or
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item shipped).
No other reasons qualify for return.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Minor packaging variations
- Dissatisfaction based on personal taste or preference
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Opened or partially consumed food products
2. Return Request Timeframe
Return requests must be initiated within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days will be automatically rejected.
3. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for return:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The original seal and packaging must remain intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Strict Policy
Once a product is opened, unsealed, or used, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and food safety regulations applicable to consumable products.
4. Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:

- Clear unboxing video (showing package opening from start)
- Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product

If a return request is approved:
Customers may receive either:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A refund to the original payment method, at Agrione Magic Mewa’s discretion.
Refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days from approval.
The final credit timeline depends on the bank or payment provider.

- Payment gateway charges may be deducted if they are non-recoverable from the payment processor.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to damage or wrong shipment, return instructions will be shared by our support team.
Products must not be sent back without written confirmation.
Unauthorized shipments will not be accepted or refunded.
8. Limitation of Liability
Agrione Magic Mewa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product consumption or usage. The company reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with this policy.
