Cancellation Policy
t Agrione Magic Mewa, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of fresh dry fruits, makhana, almonds, nuts, seeds, and wellness food products. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before confirming their purchase.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may be canceled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
After shipment, requests will be governed strictly under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Orders that have entered packaging, processing, or dispatch stages are not eligible for cancellation.
3. How to Request Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation request, customers must email us with the following details:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Reason for Cancellation
Requests sent through other channels may not be considered official.
4. Approval & Refund Process
Cancellation requests are subject to verification of the order status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method only.
Refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days from approval.
Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be canceled:
- Orders already dispatched
- Bulk or wholesale orders
- Special promotional or discounted orders
- Customized gift packs or combo packs (if applicable)
- Orders placed during limited-time campaigns once processed
6. Important Clarification
Agrione Magic Mewa reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not comply with the above conditions. The company’s decision regarding cancellation eligibility shall be final and binding
